The Nassau County Police Department has issued an alert for a suspect who allegedly violated the terms of his court-ordered probation and is now wanted.
Carlos Zavala, is wanted by police in Nassau County on a violation of probation charge after he allegedly violated the court-ordered conditions. Zavala was released following his arrest and a warrant was later issued for his arrest by the Nassau County Court.
Police describe Zavala as a 5-foot-7 Hispanic man weighing approximately 175 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Investigators noted that anyone who recognizes Zavala or who spots him should not attempt to apprehend or detain him.
Anyone with information regarding Zavala's whereabouts has been asked to contact investigators at the Nassau Police Department by calling (516) 573-7524 or 911.
